What TLDs are supported?
We support most common TLDs including .com, .net, .org, .io, .co, country codes, and many new gTLDs. Some privacy-focused TLDs may have limited data.
How accurate is the expiration date?
Expiration dates come from WHOIS records and are generally accurate. Some registrars add grace periods that extend the actual drop date.
What is the grace period?
After expiration, domains typically enter a 30-45 day renewal grace period, then a redemption period. The API shows the official expiration date.
Can I monitor multiple domains?
Yes, call the API for each domain you want to monitor. Set up alerts based on daysRemaining thresholds.
Why is some WHOIS data hidden?
GDPR and privacy services redact personal information. Registration and expiration dates are usually still available.
Can I check if a domain will become available?
The expiration date indicates when it might drop, but domain drops involve grace periods and backorder services. Combine with our Availability API.
